Manholes, maintenance structures, maintenance chambers and maintenance shafts are vertical shafts that connect sewage transfer pipes to the surface to allow access for maintenance. Metro Civil Vic has constructed numerous in situ and prefabricated structures to a depth of six meters as well as modifying existing structures.
